New kid on the block: Balanze Pilates and Yoga

Lately, I’ve become a bit more adventurous with my fitness routine. I recently added in spin classes a few times a week and mixing things up with regular TRX, Power Plates and more high intensity Pilates. I’ve finally found my groove with exercise, and I’m really enjoying trying new styles of workouts as well as checking out new studios and movement spaces around Perth. So, you can imagine my delight when I heard about the opening of a new Pilates and yoga studio in Claremont. Naturally I felt it my duty to sign up for a few classes and report back…
